My Story
Sarah is a Registered Psychotherapist with a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology from the University of Ottawa. She brings a compassionate, strength-based, and collaborative approach to therapy, supporting adults towards personal growth and well-being. Sarah is dedicated to creating a warm, welcoming, and safe therapeutic environment.
Sarah has experience working with a wide range of concerns, including ADHD, anxiety, depression, interpersonal relationship concerns, stress, burnout, self-esteem, and life transitions. Her therapeutic approach is grounded in evidence-based practices, including acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), emotion-focused therapy (EFT), cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), as well as humanistic and systemic therapies.
Outside of therapy, Sarah finds joy in exploring the natural beauty of Vancouver Island through hiking, running, and camping. She values meaningful connections with family, friends, and community.
