Dr. Trista Keating
Dr. Trista Keating is a specialist in the assessment of toddler, child, and youth Autism Spectrum Disorder (including its different presentation in girls), learning disorders, ADHD, anxiety/depression, and a wide variety of other conditions. Dr. Trista received her undergraduate degree in psychology from McGill University and completed her Ph.D. in School Psychology at the University of Alberta.

Cristina Martin is a Registered Counsellor originally from Switzerland, where she grew up, and is also Canadian. She holds a Master’s in Counselling Psychology from a Canadian university and has over 10 years of experience in the mental health field. Cristina has worked with a diverse range of individuals, including children and adolescents facing challenges such as ADHD, Autism, emotional regulation, anxiety, relationship issues, identity exploration, school avoidance, and parent-child relational problems, among others.on, and a wide variety of other conditions.

Sarah is a Registered Psychotherapist with a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology. She believes that meaningful change happens when people feel safe, supported and understood. Sarah has experience working with diverse presenting concerns including, ADHD, anxiety, depression, stress and interpersonal relationship issues, among others.

Marie is a registered psychologist with extensive experience in psychological assessments. She specializes in conducting Psychoeducational, ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and Gifted assessments, utilizing a collaborative and strength-based approach to highlight each individual's unique talents and needs.

Valerie holds a Master of Counselling Psychology with Honours and an undergraduate degree in Social Work. She leads her work with the belief that we are better together. Valerie creates a trauma-informed space for individuals, couples, and families to cultivate courage, connection, and momentum through action.

Paul Welch,
MACP, RCC, CCC
Paul is a therapist who specializes in Adult ADHD. Prior to working in mental health, Paul had a 20-year career in the performing arts. He holds a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology, a BA in Psychology and Philosophy and a BFA in Acting. Paul also works as an educator, coach, 2SLGBTQ+ activist, and certified Embodied Awareness Facilitator.

Adam is completing a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University and holds a Bachelor of Science. He is able to integrate nearly two decades of experience as a paramedic and instructor into his counselling approaches to provide a safe and supportive therapeutic environment. Adam looks to empower people towards achieving their goals and overcoming life’s challenges.

Molly O'Brien
Molly is a Master of Counselling student, and previously earned a Bachelor of Science in Life Sciences from Queen’s University and a Juris Doctor from the University of Alberta. Prior to beginning her counselling training, Molly worked as a lawyer, where she supported clients through multifaceted legal issues and life challenges. This experience strengthened Molly’s ability to simplify solutions to complex problems, as well as her understanding of the unique challenges associated with occupational stress, high-performance, perfectionism, and major life transitions.

Kathryn, a Master of Counselling student, brings a unique blend of experience as both a
classroom teacher and counselling practicum student. Her years of teaching in specialized and
mainstream classrooms with the Calgary Board of Education have equipped her with a deep
understanding of children's diverse needs, including neurodivergent learners such as those with
autism and ADHD, students with learning disabilities, and gifted students. Her focus has always
been on helping each child reach their full potential and experience success.

​Lindsay holds a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology and brings 20 years of experience as a Physical Training Instructor with the Calgary Police Service. In this role, she delivers strength and conditioning, health, and wellness programming to first responders in high-performance and high-stress environments. She has supported recruits and officers through all stages of their careers, helping them build physical resilience, manage occupational stress, and develop sustainable health habits.
